All of the software provided is made freely available for use by both commercial and private users. Whilst we endeavour to provide the best support possible for all released software, there are practical limits as to what can be done for free.
With the growing success of some of our software components has come an increasing support load. In order to manage that load we have decided to introduce a support policy which provides guidelines for the level of service our users can expect.
